The Directive 2007/2/EG of the European Parliament and the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE) entered into force on 15 May 2007. Especially the accompanying "Technical Guidance" documents are relevant for the concrete technical realisation of the Implementing Rules. They serve as recommendations and are published on the INSPIRE website.
You can find current technical news on INSPIRE topics on our INSPIRE blog in the GDI-DE Wiki (only german).
